Fue el primer médico español y catalán miembro del "Conseil de l'Ordre des Medecins" (Hérault) en Francia, 1986. Tras completar su formación en Francia, regresó a España y trabajó en el campo de la medicina pública de adultos y de niños y adolescentes. Dirigió el Centro de Salud Mental de Martorell (Barcelona) y fue miembro de la Comisión de Docencia e Investigación en el área de salud de la Costa de Ponent (Barcelona). Posteriormente creó y dirigió el primer servicio de Psiquiatría y Psicología Clínica de la Alianza de Girona. Fundó y dirigió el Instituto Gironí de Psiquiatría y Psicología Clínica (Girona), de 1995 a 1998.

Es miembro del Grupo Internacional de Formadores en Atención Médica en Psicología Perinatal del Ministerio de Sanidad francés, con sede en Montpellier, desde 1990 y miembro fundador de la Asociación Francesa para el Estudio y la Formación en Atención Médica de los Trastornos Psicológicos Perinatales, con sede en Narbona, desde 1991.

Fue el primer psiquiatra de niños y adolescentes, también del primer Centro de Salud Mental Infantil y Adolescente del Servicio Catalán de la Salud, pionero en la provincia de Girona. Establecido definitivamente en la capital gerundense desde 1990.

SonoUno began to be used massively at all levels of IES José Frugoni Pérez, one of the AAEC's base nodes. Workshops given by the Visuals EOEP of Las Palmas, whom we thank for their dedication and professionalism, impregnated the atmosphere with a very intense feeling: something big was being forged. And then came Workshop 1 of Introduction to Scientific Sonification and, with it, the landing of Sonification within the Canarian Educational System, an action carried out by the Area for the Promotion of Scientific Vocations and Creativity (STEAM) and the Area of Specific Educational Support Needs (NEAE) of the General Directorate of Planning, Innovation and Quality of the Ministry of Education, Universities, Culture and Sports of the Government of the Canary Islands.
